How it works
- From November 11 to 29, 2019, fill out the form to tell us about one or more situations where you had to apply the CX guidelines.
- Each week, a committee will select five outstanding CX actions. They’ll be shared on the contest microsite.
- A draw will be held each week to pick one of the five CX actions to be that week’s winner.
- At the end of the contest, one grand prize winner will be chosen at random from all the participants who submitted CX actions over the three weeks of the contest.
Eligibility criteria
- The participant must be an employee of iA Financial Group or one of our subsidiaries when they submit their CX action and when the draw is held.
- The CX actions must respect the iA CX vision guidelines.
- The number of entries per employee is unlimited. One submitted action = one entry.
